Listed here will be pictures of current and past animals. Some of my memorable moments over the years, you may say...
R Painted Acres Maggie - traded to CMR Fainters for a doeling...not received.
Maggie went down with an illness our vet could not recognize. Tammy was willing to try and rehabilitate her with the help of her vet. She was to give me a doeling in trade if this was successful. She wrote that it was, but no doeling was ever delivered. She had also purchased a buck - Liar's Lake Trey; and a doeling, Sunny K Acres Itsy Bitsy from me. All were inspected by my vet and had a health certificate at the time of pick up. She told me that all were inspected by her vet at the time of arrival and all were given a wonderful bill of health and she was very happy with them all. After having the doeling for more then 6 months, she told me she had 3 teets and wanted her money back. I told her she signed a contract at the time of purchase that clearly states time line and after 6 months the doeling was hers!
Liar's Lake Trey
Trey was always a handful. He was wild as they come when he came to my farm. We found that if we kept him in a smaller area, he was better. He was getting better over time. Even coming up to me for treats and feed. He was a proven producer.
R Painted Acres Peppy La'Pew
Very compact little guy! Definately little! Loved his size. He produced nice babies!
R Painted Acres Tri R Chester
~ Reference Buck ~ Very well put together tri color buck with blue eyes in the background.
R Painted Acres Casper
~ Reference Buck~ Very compact little guy with a great personality. Throws a wide variety of color.
R Painted Acres Danny Boy
Awesome man! Packed with muscle! Full of color! Has some beautiful babies on the ground!
R Painted Acres Daisy Mae
Very compact doe! Came from the "old time breeders" so has no background, but one look at her and you can see she is a great product of fine breeding!
Reality Farms Amaz'in Grace aka Gracie
Gracie was our first Clydesdale. She was our favorite on the farm! Very hard to let her go! Greatly missed! She currently lives with the Harper's in California! Pictured here as a 2 year old.
~ Kamakazi ~
My pride and joy! He was my first rescue! He was in BAD shape when I found him! It took him quite a while to trust people, but when he finally did...he was a great friend! He was awesome to ride. Not much to look at with his high withers and sleander build, but such a great boy! He is sadly missed now. He has crossed the rainbow bridge never to suffer again! I'll see you again someday, friend.
Mayfield's Eyore
Jon's favorite bunny! Eyore was a smoke pearl Netherland buck that made showing SO much fun for a little boy! Eyore would sit on your shoulder like a parrot! He loved going to shows and always did his best. Sadly, we lost him. He will be greatly missed.
~ Squealer ~
Our first "big" pig! She was a sales barn runaway! She lived on her own out back behind the barn till one day the guys tricked her with feed! She was a scrawny skittish little thing when we got her! She turned out to be a great mom and very affectionate!
~ Patrick ~
My Daughter's dream! Retired show horse. Been there, done that kinda guy! He's a total gentleman.
