Please feel free to print this contract and bring it with you if you plan to purchase an animal from our farm.

There are a few things we ask of a buyer before they purchase from our farm:

CONTRACT

The information stated below will be agreed upon and will be signed by the seller and the buyer at the time of animal purchase.  A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required on any animal not paid in full at the time of purchase agreement.

Buyer is expected to provide proper fencing and shelter for the animal you are purchasing.    To provide fresh food and water on a daily basis for said animal.  To provide proper care and maintenance for said animal which includes, but is not limited to;  worming, feet trimmings, and vet care for said animal.

If for any reason, said animal is no longer wanted or can't be kept that our farm is first notified and animal is given back to our farm and not sold without prior notice and approval.

We have the right to call and come and see the conditions of said animal at any given time and if they are less then adequate, we have the right to remove said animal from the premises.

Said animal will be visually inspected by the buyer and the seller at the time of sale and signature will validate the approval of said animal.  Animal comes with a current CD&T vaccination, worming and foot trimming where necessary.  Animal does not come with any guarantees and is the responsibility of the buyer after leaving our property.

Purchased animal will not be used for food!  Neither will any offspring from said animal be used or sold for food. 

Purchased animal will not be used in an inhumane way such as stated by the state of Wisconsin.
